Yep. Still sticking with Cochin. Silver Laced Cochin, IMO.

I keep looking at different chick pictures and think oh that's it and then go to a different pic and think no that one. But with the wing feathers coming in he/she doesn't seem to look like a buff/light brahma.

it's definitely not a buff/light brahma. It's a Silver Laced Cochin. (mine is actually turning out to be a frizzle!)
