Feathers starting on legs ? Roo?

This little chick is now 8 weeks. This weekend brought big changes. Ear puffs and muff are growing . The strangest thing is new feathers on the legs!! Hoping this chick is still a she ? Now I'm not sure of the breed ? She was from ameraucana bin at TSC. I'm guessing EE?

Most definitely a pullet. She's an Easter egger, which are mixed breeds, so the few feathers on the legs are not too surprising.
