It's probably been asked for, but I'd like to be able to mark a thread as one I don't want to see anymore. After it's marked, it wouldn't show up on the index page or the current threads page.

That's a good idea. Sometimes it gets to be a pain to scroll through all the topics you've already read.

Yeah, and sometimes there are old stale crusty topics that stay in the current topic list FOREVER.
And some that annoy me that I try my best to ignore.
