I got broody after my first time incubator hatch. I just couldn't help myself and I ordered some random eggs from Meyer Hatchery. They will be here next week and I am so excited! I know I have seen other posts about an addiction to hatching eggs. It may become a problem for me. :wee:jumpy:D

It's a problem for many of us. Even after fifty years I still can't resist giving broody hens eggs to hatch. My serama are broody crazy and there's always 1 or 2 brooding eggs. Still, what fun, I'm happy that so many people want serama. Below are two of my latest hatches.

20200206_113811 (2).jpg My eggs from Meyer hatchery came. It has been so much colder here than I thought it would be so, I hope they are all going to be alright. The box hadn't been smashed or treated badly at all and the eggs are packed beautifully.

Last week we were in the mid 40's & 50's. Over the weekend we had a big snow storm and received 8" of snow and our temps dropped to the teens & 20's. We had one night that was in the single digits. The eggs came from Ohio and shipped out on Tuesday (2/4).
