February Egg Swap Eggs Should be sent today

yep I put Fragile Hatching eggs please do not x-ray etc etc etc. all over the box... Its not my post office that I have a problem with its the sorting center as soon as they got the eggs they didn't scan the packages so all you can see with the delivery confirmation number is that they left my post office when they are due to be shipped and that's about it. Nothing after that usually when that happens I have to go back to my post office to see if they have more information on the packages. Well here in Montana it doesn't matter if I am or not NPIP certified and they haven't confiscated any hatching egg packages before cause I have had successful deliveries with my hatching eggs.. I usually pack my eggs in bubble wrap surrounded by bubble wrap and secured so there is no bouncing going on.. I've been sending hatching eggs for a year now and this has been the first time like anything like this has happened...

I'm sorry you are having troubles. I guess that means that's why mine haven't shown up yet. But just so you know, You have to be NPIP in order to send eggs in the mail. SO if you aren't I would suggest not putting hatching eggs on the box or 1 of these times they could be confiscated and they will tell you, you can no longer ship eggs until you are NPIP and have the proper paperwork attached to the box.

Actually, Montana does not have a NPIP program. There are several of us that have been trying. The state cannot gets its S--- together and decide what they need to do. I have contacted the Dept. of Ag several times to see if any progress has been made. You do not have to be NPIP to ship eggs, there are several sellers on this site that are not. There are states that you do have to be NPIP to ship into, but not all.
That being said, I do have a hard time beleiving all bantiehens boxes are getting lost. I have been shipping for some time, and have never had a box lost, even in all the flooding and being in a disaster zone last year and all the mail getting re-routed I never had a box lost.I would check the tracking #'s and see where they went.

ALSO............ once the box leave USPS and gets on a Fed Ex plane....there will be not record of it until it returns to the hands of USPS.. Fed Ex can not scan USPS packages. I have heard this numerous time when lives are in route.

Well I know at least one package from bantyhen was lost on the way to my place, and by the time it got here there was no hatch from any of the eggs, so I was sent another package .

I have had them loose boxes many times. I also had them loose a box of chicks to the same place 2 times in a row. It does happen unfortanately.

I'll be more than happy to post the delivery confirmation numbers on here so you can see for yourself. I would not make this up why would I send boxes that I have paid for just to. Have them get lost on purpose? I have checked the numbers several times and still nothing I don't like being accessed of saying that I am a big fat liar. If thats how it's gonna be then I don't want to be on this site anymore. Whatever.".

Sorry, I didn't mean to say you were lying, sometimes my thoughts get away from me and I don't finish what my thought was, what I should have said, was check your tracking #, they have to be scanned at each P.O., I know, I used to work for them. They may be getting taken by a postal employee, I also know that happens. If your boxes are being taken, someone needs to get in trouble. You should be able to narrow down where they are disappearing.
