February egg swap.....partner's pending....

I will try again in a later month. I am heading out of town mid month so I will play again in April if life isnt insane!
Besides my Bator is slap dab FULL! I guess I need ANOTHER ONE!

Got my eggs today, 8 of them. Unfortuneately the PO wasnt very careful with them, one was crushed and was DBR (Damaged beyond repair) and another one was cracked. I'm going to try to put some wax on the cracked one so I can salvage it. The other ones look go though.

My eggs went out late, sorry. Between a car accident and a death in the family things got complicated but you should have them soon.

Delay does not mean denial. I was late in getting my eggs out due to circumstances beyond my control. I was out of town, keeping a promise, when the names went out. It was when I returned that all manner of things happened. I had 4 medical emergencies, one to my sister-in-law, one to myself, the other 2 to my animals. I'm ok now. My quarter horse has a 6 inch by 2 inch gash on his head. He's going to be fine. And one of my pregnant goats I found this morning laying by the lake with her foot caught in a vine and she was unable to walk. She's fine now. Limping but fine. Not to mention the other situations that happened this past 10 days, that have kept me running.

Today is the first time I have gotten on the computer to get in touch with people to let people know that there was problems in getting to the post office. Previous nights I was so tired all I did was lay down or sit down and fall asleep. I apologize for not getting on here sooner.

I have contacted my person and offered them their choice of anything that I have thats laying or will be laying.
Oh, I forgot, my turkeys will be laying soon, they're 6 months old. You're welcome to their eggs as well.

GUESS WHAT!!My eggs arrived !!!

10 really nice big brown RIR eggs!
The box looked horrible! and the mail lady kept flipping the box over and over looking for the scan code.

They must have played Hockey at the post office with it but other than some loose air cells the eggs looked in great shape!

WONDERFUL packing job!!!! Took me 30 minutes to unpack each of those little buggars!

THANKS SO MUCH! I can wait to see my fluffy little red peeplets!
