I aim for 65% for lockdown, but it varies all the time. Sometimes if I have a long time between pips & zips it can decrease, but then again you get 4 or 5 pipping & zipping at the same time it can go way up to 80. All those wet chicks running around creates more humidity. It eventually drops as they start to dry. My best range for my incubator is 65-75%. That's were I have my best hatches. Every incubator is different & just the area you reside can make the difference with humidity. I've found trial and error to be the only successful way I figured mine out. Best of luck with your hatch.Humidity during lock down. 65%? Can it average 60-70% Or what are the averages?
