We are on day 17 - absolute first timers - I just about jumped out of my jammies when I saw one of the eggs wiggling just now!! How long how long how long!!!

This is what i don't get:
1 silkie rooster, just over a year old who does his rooster duties with the girls almost 24/7

3 hens, also just a year old, who lay a lot of eggs and upon whom said rooster performs said duties

Not sure what happened, as of the 7 day candle we had 42 that looked fine, 15 ?.

Major bummer! Hoping these ones hatch, my DD birthday gift will be chickies I hope.
