Here is my math, but I'm not sure it is correct. My answer seems very high. Would this be 25 microns?

Ah, sorry. I have it backward.
Ok, so 39 hash marks on your reticle scale = 1 mm. This is what I am seeing in your photo. Agree?

(Micrometers = microns = μm).

So each distance between the larger marks on your reticle is about 0.04 mm, or 40 micrometers. The exact math is 39 marks/100 known (0.01 mm DIV) increments = 0.039 mm or 39.0 microns.

This stuff makes my brain bleed and leak out my ears.

For reference, a roundworm egg from a chicken is about 80 μm from end to end, and a coccidia from a chicken is about 20 μm.
 
Hi @Sue Gremlin ! I'm back.

These are from this evening. We've got 1 hen a bit off and we've ruled out several things like egg bound, crop issues, etc.

These are about 50 x 75 microns at 400X

I'm going with Ascaridia. Your thoughts?

Hi! I think the eggs posted in your first post are mite eggs. Whether they are chicken mites or feed mites or environmental mites I cannot say. Just keep in mind they may not be parasitic mites.
The one at 100x is an ascaridia, great job with the ID. Note the difference in shape and the thickness of the shell of the egg between the two. The mite eggs are actually egg shaped, one point is wider than the other. The ascaridia has essentially equal ends and a thicker shell.
