We got 3 Serama chicks, 7 Black copper marans and 2 ducklings about 2 weeks ago. 1 Serama chick, Wonder, hasn't grown at all. It's getting some feathers in but is way behind the other 2. I've noticed it gets pushed out at night when they cuddle together to go to sleep. Last night I discovered he had a fecal impaction. I cleaned him up. He's had another impaction since then. Wonder is a fighter and I'm not giving up on him! He eats and drinks and the poop itself is normal consistently. He's also got a strong set of lungs on him if I don't have the heat lamp pointed down enough, or he's hungry, or just wants to be held. Any ideas what would cause this?
