fed them pumpkin seeds

ive fed my hens the flesh & seeds from a few pumpkins. ive been told on here that the seeds are a ntural worming substitue.
2 days after feeding them, ive noticed red "pieces of flesh" (like small giblets out of a fresh chicken) with what looks like dried pasta about 2inches long & bunched together like roots of a plant.
are these worms?

The dried pasta thing I know Ive seen this before and Yes it is worms.

wow, never seen them before. how do they get them? from eating food off the floor & allsorts of bugs?
how ofter do you worm them?

Eating bugs that carry the worm eggs waiting for a host to hatch out in.
I worm in the Spring and Fall.When creepy crawlys are about.
