feed and laying

I've read most of the post on here since I signed on this site, but one question I haven't seen listed . Say you have 8 hens that came from 3 hatchings. The feed being feed is starter grower medicated. Now if one or two start to lay, how do you change the feed and not the others? Or does it matter till they all start laying? Mine vary about 4 weeks apart.

With only a four week spread between oldest and youngest I'd begin easing them all over onto layer feed. Just start blending it into their starter until the starter is all gone then straight layer after that. They should be fine.
