Feed and smelly ducklings

Oh yeah--I forgot about that. Ducks HATE change. They will get used to it when they get thirsty enough. If you watch them, you'll soon learn who the more venturesome are, as one or two will eventually get brave enough to walk up to the water and when that one is not eaten by the Spinach Monster, the others will follow behind. Then the fun begins!

Food makes a big difference...when my pekins were three weeks old I started them on growers pellets and the odor problem got alot better...the mash plain stinks when it gets wet...and is just as stinky out the other end. I also noticed their water stayed cleaner longer on the pellets.
