Should I place my feeder and waterer outside the coop or inside. There is a covered place outside that I think would be better because I fear they will take up to much room in the inside of the coop.

I've used both. I currently keep it in the coop to keep it safe and dry. I used to keep it in the run only. As long as you lock them in the coop only right at bedtime and let them out early, they would be fine having it outside. Keep in mind if the food is outside you have to consider mice, rats, predators, etc.

I started with it inside. Then when they began staying out in the run longer I moved them out. But I have a few smaller birds that just refuse to be out in the run with the bigger birds. I jast added the small feeder and waterer from the brooder to the coop for them. PLus it gives them access to water at night!

Good Luck and God Bless!

Sounds Good. I think i will keep them outside and keep a smaller waterer in the inside of the coop. I really appreciate your advice!
