when i put new chickens in the flock wont they need diffent food because there two group and one will be younger how will i give each one diffent food?

My layers never eat a layer ration, it's not necessary. I don't ferment as I don't believe it's as good an idea as most people think it is. To me it's a fine line between fermented and moldy, and I personally prefer to not get involved with it.

so you just feed them grower your hens dont eat layer feed

My bantam flock eats grower year round, and my large breed flock eats an All Flock ration. Either type is fine for year round consumption. I personally believe my birds are healthier not eating layer anymore. The lower protein combined with the extra calcium isn't healthy for anything but confined hens eating nothing else but layer. I like to feed scratch and my birds free range, plus I have multiple roosters, so layer doesn't work for me. Any extra calcium needs is taken care of by free choice oyster shells and eggshells fed back to the hens.

so when they get off chicken starter put them on flock raiser which will be how many weeks

I generally switch at about 3-4 months of age, but there's no set age to switch as the all flock is designed to be fed to all age groups.
