Feed for coturnix quail

I am currently feeding them Purina Startina Game Bird Crumbles. It's 30% protein. I keep them for meat and eggs. They are 3.5 weeks old now.
Can I keep feeding this to my egg laying girls and just supplement ample greens/veggies and fruit to lower their protein intake? Or do I have to switch their feed to a lower protein kind? And if so, what's a good feed?

I feed 28/30 percent feed to mine throughout their lives. Meat and eggs. Have seen no ill effects.

Would be up to if you wanted to switch

I feed 19% protein, but they are ground dwelling in the garden so spend a lot of time foraging bugs. I also feed dried bugs.
They also get a lot of greens; be careful with lots of greens if you go down that route...it can give them runny poop cause it has lots of water content.

I think they’ll be fine on that. Make sure you offer a calcium source for the girls

for mine i switched to quail feed meant for layers with dried+live mealworms and cucumber,canned peas corn and carrot slices (it the just water no added salt etc ones) they seem to eat them and atm lay every few days (there around 5-6weeks) going to add oyster shell soon for added calcium
