i want to see what you all feed your Day-old -- 8 week old ducklings. so it will give a idea on what new duck owners should feed theirs....

I used Turkey/Waterfowl starter crumbles through weeks 2 - 3, then switched to Nutrena Grower by adding more and more of that to their crumbles till it was all grower. When they started breeding behaviors, I added free choice oyster shell (but that was about 12 weeks old).

All we have available is Purina starter so thats what I buy, I sprinkle Brewers yeast on top for any leg problems from the lack of nician in the feed.

(starter grower, finisher, maintenance, and layer) Purina, Nutrena, and Dumor is what gets fed around here. What i get just depends on what state i get it in and how much i want to spend that day.
