Hens just started laying so I am giving them.oyster shell on top grit and feed obviously can I mix it all together or should I have seperate feeders for all

Agree with that my feed actually has grit in it for the hens.If they free range, they don't need grit at all.
If they are on layer pellets they only need Oyster Shell if the egg shells are thin
