 Feed question about GMO content

As far as I know, Purina does not currently offer any non-GMO feeds.
They are however, constantly looking at the market and making adjustments to the feed line.
I don't work for them nor am I a commercial feed/agriculture apologist.
As a big company that tries to make quality feed for a vast variety of animals at a competetive price, they still can't do it all. Not just chicken feed but cattle, horses, swine, rabbits, goats. Also show animal feeds, wildlife feeds like deer and game bird, exotic animal feeds like zebras, alpacas, birds of prey, ratites, reptiles, aquarium fish, marine mammals, sharks, primates, psittacines, et. al..
Because of the massive growth of backyard chickens, they are considering making a feed for aged layers.

Non-GMO isn't their market. If you want non-GMO (which I do) go to a company that caters to that market.

Thank you for your interest! We recently launched a new line of Purina Organic Poultry Feed!

The new USDA Certified Organic poultry feed is available in a starter-grower, layer pellets, layer crumbles and scratch grains. We created this new line of feed to focus on simple, wholesome, ingredients. This recipe is built on the fact that it’s not only about what you feed your chickens, it is also about what you are not feeding them.

New Purina Organic is made with the ingredients chickens love – and none of those they don’t.
• No genetically modified organisms (GMOs)
• No antibiotics
• No animal byproducts
• No fillers
• And, like all chicken feed, no added growth hormones
