Very true. I mostly learned to draw out my plans first. That helped a lot when rebuilding the this.That's the best way to learn.
I lack confidence in most things to do with building or working with my hands. But this turned out alright. If I were to do it again I would have trusted my instincts on two and three and not listened to my husband. I told him we needed to raise the roof for those two and he only did it by a couple inches. I would have done it by a foot or two. In his defense tho he hadn’t built the first one and saw the problems as I had faced them. It’s different having someone explain the problem to you and actually facing it yourself.
