Feed store “Ameracaunas”

These are 7 week old chicks. Bought at feed store as Ameracaunas but they’re not because no muffs. Are they non bearded EEs? Pullets?

Now I’m suspicious!! Red on wings means male in EE, right?
EEs are a genetic gamble where the goal is to get a specific egg color where ALL other traits are irrelevant. This results in wildly different bird colors/size/ect. I highly doubt these birds have any sexlink feathers. At this point, I would really only be looking at comb and wattle development.

Since you are 7 weeks in...
Picture 1 and 4 have some redness in the comb and wattle, I would keep an eye on these to see if the comb and wattle get redder in the next couple weeks. So far voting for pullet, but this one could go either way.
Picture 2 and 3 have a very pink comb and wattle. My vote on these is pullet.
