Yesterday I picked up a couple goslings and one duckling. The duckling we got because we felt bad for it. We thought it only had one eye because it was holding the other shut the whole time.
Since coming home I’ve been wiping it with a warm cloth, rinsing with saline, and applying Neosporin. Is that the best treatment?
This is what it looked like when we picked them up.

Now for the gosling.
It had pasty butt so I’ve been washing it, but is there something else going on in addition to the pasty butt?
This is what it’s butt looked like after a bath today.

I feel so bad for the poor things and want to help them recover as quick as possible.

Based on how the duckling's eye looks, I'd start treating with Terramycin ophthalmic ointment, and ensure it can blow its nares out in sufficiently deep water.

I think pasty butt is unusual in goslings, so I'd offer a supplement with probiotics in the water to try to help clear that issue up. What are you feeding?

Wishing you the best for your littles - and thank you for your kindness. ❤️

Thank you for the suggestions!
Yes, I’m making sure they have a dish deep enough to fully dip their beaks in.
Since my feed store doesn’t have food specifically for water fowl, I have them on game bird starter. I do have nutritional yeast on its way too.
