Feed to increase weight last week turkeys

Have 2 turkeys getting ready to go into processing. What should I feed to really pack on the weight this last week? They refuse to eat corn so I've been mixing meatbird crumble with turkey pellets with a little cracked corn and a ton of black oil sunflower seeds. I'm not sure of the mix what they are eating I've never met such picky birds. I purchased around 4 months old where they were underweight and they arnt as large as I would like.

Are these BB meat turkey or heritage?

Heritage don't get big like BB. I harvest jakes 6 months or older dress about 12 to 17 lbs. Fed gamebird
