The chicks are 8 weeks old. Should I switch them to 15% grower feed now?

Is the feed you have just a starter feed? or is it a start and grow? if it is a starter/grower feed then I would just keep feeding that.

I am new to this but the Hatchery where I bought my chicks from said to start switching my chicks from starter to grower at 7 weeks and then at 14 weeks (I think if I'm remembering correctly) to start switching them over to layer feed. Hope this helps.

15% sounds too low for a grower feed to me... they need more protein than that - 18% - 20% at this age, according to my reading...
