hello I have 6 WK old bovan browns I've been feeding them organic chicks starter am switching them over to organic chick grower but my order didn't show today at the feed mill and I'm out of feed will have it tomorrow so had to grab a bag of organic layerunfortunately I didn't read the label until I got home and it says for mature hens 50 to 80 weeks old would this hurt them for one day until I get my other feed

A day or two of 4% calcium won't hurt the chicks. Just discontinue once you get the grower.
Actually layer is for hens 20 weeks and over but should be held off till the birds are actively laying.
I would refrigerate or freeze the layer feed so it won't lose too many nutrients before your birds are old enough to eat it.
