Why is my laying pelletts 75% dust

At the end of a production run of feed, there is typically most of the fines. It gets stuck on the chutes and is lighter so it rises to the top. The mill should of stopped the bagging process and either bagged the fines separately or returned them to the next batch. Either return the bag or use it to make a mash for your birds.
I am using layen laying pellets I had the same issue when I got it from tractor supply so I quit getting it from there and went to Spencer's hardware the pellets are different evenWhat are you using?
