Feedback on coop ideas-In garage with opening to outside pen?Tractor?

I guess there's pros and cons to both on the floor and raised. Cleaning would be easier if raised in terms of not bending over....but if we could move the pen for deep cleaning, the floor would be really easy, since there's a floor drain...heck, we could even use a pressure washer (my husband's workplace rents them out).

I think I will start a new thread about morelcabin's idea of a pen in the garage, to flesh out that idea. I have more questions and want more feedback on that specifically.
