Feedback on Learning Center "Treats Chart"

So I was looking through the treat chart and saw the no citrus... but no reason. My little roo ChickenButt loves fruit juice, Mango Orange in particular, its not going to hurt him if I let him have a little is it? Also I live in Hawaii, its hot all the time, I'm wondering if I should avoid scratch all together.

I fed mine kohrabi stems, which they really liked, plus one big leaf. They were raw. Then I read that turnips are to be fed cooked. I hope that it's not true for kohlrabi as well!

I didnt see any fish listed on the treats chart. My flock likes to eat fish, cooked of course, and their favorite is salmon.

One of their new favorite greens is watercress. I boil the stems for them, yes they are spoiled, but is hilarious watching them chase one other with the long slimy stems hanging out of their beaks.

Oh my girls love fish, too. They don't care if it's fresh/raw or cooked. I mean, I catch them fighting over dead mice in the yard & they rip them in half and run with them... I don't think some fresh raw tilapia is gonna hurt 'em. LOL. (I'm pretty sure said mouse is raw.....)

OK - I have a bag of hamster mix, the crunchy mix. It is mostly seeds and dried fruits and little green discs of hamster food I guess. It is not moldy, has been well kept, but that hamster has been gone a couple of years. I can feed it to the hens or throw it in the trash. (hens have plenty of regular feed). Would they like it? Will it hurt them?
