I don't want them. And the banner clutters up my page. So I click No, then, Never Ask Again.

And yet, it does ask again. And again. And again.

Time I open the site.
It's especially annoying on my phone, since it takes up a big chunk of screen. Is there a way to make it actually, really, never ask me again?

Ditto. I finally put this site into my ad blocker app to read articles. Much nicer. No banners/ads.

This shouldn't be happening unless you have something that is blocking cookies, etc. from remembering your choice.
