Feeder, waterer and nestboxes

I just built a small 4 x 4 coop for 3 bantams. Does the waterer and feeder need to be kept in the coop or run and does the nestbox need to have a roof over it in addition to the coop's roof? Thanks in advance.

nestbox in the coop.an feed in the coop to keep it from getting wet.you could leave water outside.but youd have to let hens in their yard early.so they can get water.
