Feeder & Waterer Height

Just moved my pullets from the nursery to the main coop and this is the first time I have used hanging feeders and waterers. I would appreciate some advice on the proper height to hang them. I did install them with chain and S-hooks so I can adjust the height as they grow.

I read somewhere here that they should be at the height of the chicken's back.
