feeders?

What are the best type of feeders to use for a coop with 8 hens? they do not free range but have plenty of space, currently they are eating out of a ceramic dish ( scratching some of the layer feed out into the dirt ) .... is there a better feeder to use other than a bowl?

Yes, there is a better feeder. One lifted off the ground is better. You can check out many DIY chicken feeders here and around online.
