Feeding a Local Layer Feed

I had been using Purina's Oyster Strong Layer feed but was curious about trying a locally milled crumble to 1. Support local farmers and 2. It is GMO free which seems to me to be a better way to go since we are eating the eggs. Thoughts? Below is a pic of the ingredients.

I'm also surprised they didn't list the calcium! But calcium carbonate is high up there on the ingredients list, and anyways as long as they have oyster shells out it should be fine. Looks like a nice feed!
