feeding a mixed flock of layers and non layers

some of my birds , RIR,BSL,sapphire gems are starting to lay , while others like the buff and olive egger and a couple younger freshly integrated birds have a ways to go before they start to lay, they all live in the same coop and run , however since their dietary needs ( protein, calcium etc)are all different im faced with a conundrum what do yall recommend I do about feed . 16% 18% 20% ?
