Feeding after moving to coop help please!

I wouldn't say you need to take their water or food away at night (unless there is risk for predators)
That'll happen naturally when moved to the coop- if you leave the food and water in the run.

They should have feed and water 24/7 while in the brooder. With any light source they need access to feed and water. Even with a red bulb, chicks can see. GC

The bigger issue is that you are over heating them, and delaying their progress. Here in Maine, my chicks wean themselves off heat naturally around 4 weeks of age, with night time temps going down to 30's and 40's. My chicks are brooded outside in a coop with a heating pad. They choose where to sleep, and are done with the heat by that age. Also, chicks that are brooded naturally DO NOT NEED feed and water at night. Though, you certainly don't need to remove it at night. If you brood them with a heating pad, they put themselves to bed at dusk, sing themselves to sleep, and then they get up and have breakfast at dawn.
