we have a broody hen that will be hatching her chicks in about 8 days.the chicks will be with there mom in the coop with all the chickens so i dont want to use med chick starter because i know my layers will eat some of it.so if i use a non medicated chick starter is there anything i should give the chicks to fight of illness.thanks jim
