Feeding baby coturnix

Can coturnix chicks eat medicated chick starter? My car has broken down and I can't get to my only source for unmedicated feed.

Sure. Just try and get game bird starter asap. I used unmedicated this time around and my birds seem to be doing fine.

Cool, I have found an affordable source for game bird starter online. With any luck, the little birdlings will only be on the medicated stuff for a few days. Thanks!

They love hard boiled eggs also, if ya want to boost the protein. Monarch supplements with dry cat foot blended I believe. I just make sure that the crumbles aren't too big when they are only a couple days old... and tap my finger in food to teach them what is good eating.
