Feeding baby quails?

So I have three baby quilts (one 5 days old, one 4 days old, and one a day old) I was wondering if I can start giving things like millet, seeds, veggies, and grit. Are they old enough? Especially for the grit?

I generally don’t give my quail anything besides starter feed for the first week or so. After that I start to give them fruits and veggies and mealworms. If they eat anything besides commercial feed they need grit.
