Feeding calcium gluconate to ducks

Hi! I just want to confirm to see if anyone has done it. Can I give my duck this calcium gluconate? I got it from TSC. I attached pictures. Can I give this one to her and can I FEED it to her? Anyone tried giving this one to their ducks? Can I give it by mouth ? I’ve seen mixed answers & idk who has gotten this or who knows if it’s okay. Sorry just being a duck mama and want to make sure.

I'm Pretty sure that stuff has to be injected and it's for cattle. I'd take it back and go to the drug store and get some calcium citrate tablets, about 600 mg, it will be much cheaper.

Yes you can and that’s the correct one

I went to two local pharmacy’s & no luck on finding it will be ordering from Amazon! Thank you!

I use it all the time and have been for years any time a duck looks like she might be struggling with laying. Works great

Is she having egg issues ?
I have gave it to one of my girls once who had struggles and only had to give it once but I know it can be given a few times in a day if the egg bound is bad

Yes one of my duck has been laying soft egg shells or the yolk comes out then shortly after the soft shell comes out. My other pekin duck stoped laying eggs 4 days ago and I massaged her and only got one egg out so I’ve been trying anything that I can find on this website. I’m trying this now hopefully it can help my babies
