looking to see what you should feed your chickens once you put them outside but they’re still not laying, should they continue on starter feed should I be mixing it with something else?
 
You can use starter, grower, flock raiser, all flock, etc... you don't need to mix them... choose one you like. They will vary a little in protein, amino, acids, etc but fall into a general range...

Just don't diminish with excess treats.

Layer is the same thing essentially but with less protein and WAY more calcium for eggs. The younger birds need more protein for their growth.

I never switch to layer since learning the difference, and just provide oyster shell on the side for the active layers.

My preference is 20% protein flock raiser with oyster shell added on the side free choice starting around 15 ish weeks.
