Feeding Cornish rock x

I bought 7 Cornish rock x chickens from Tractor supply about a week ago. They have their wing feathers and I guess they ate each others other feathers before I bought them. They eat up all the chick feed I put in their cage. My question is when should I feed them grains? They mature alot quicker than reg chickens right? So they should eat grains sooner than reg chickens right?

I never raised Cornish/rocks. I would imagine that they could be fed grains as soon as they are big enough to swallow them, with grit of course.

You should be feeding them a high protein feed - not regular chick starter. I have always fed Meaty Bird. They need to have access to plenty of food at all times. They need to have at least 18% protein, if not more.
