Free choice 24/7 up until 5 weeks then you can take food an water up at night. Most of us leave feed out at all times during the day.

Are these ducks for meat or eggs or pets? For meat birds, they should always have free choice. For pets or eggs, like Miss Lydia said, it could go either way, but Personally, I leave their food out 24\7 because they are great self-regulators, and they know what they need.
