So pretty much the title. I'm getting more eggs than I can manage right now. Last year we had pigs and I would cook a batch of eggs and freeze them to give to the pigs as a nice protein boost every week. This year we're not doing pigs but I have 27 egg layers and we're also going to be getting 25 meat chickens in about a month. I've given my eggs layers what I call "egg cake" occasionally and they love it especially when it's frozen on a hot day but I'm afraid to give them too much.

What I would like to do is supplement the meat chickens feed with half egg cake and half meat bird feed but I wasn't sure how healthy it would be for them, has anyone every tried this?
I've been stocking up on egg cake and have a bunch in the freezer. Is it safe to give my chickens so many eggs? I could probably feed them a dozen eggs a day.
