I’m not seeing any b vitamins so you’ll need to add them, waterfowl babies need more niacin, folate, thiamin than chicks and it looks like this was formulated for chicks because it doesn’t list added niacin which isn’t all that surprising.
Most feeds I've found where I live “California” are formulated for layers or chicks, and much of it that’s marketed for waterfowl or is advertised as an all flock or multi flock that can be fed to all ages is repackaged layer feed with too much calcium for babies and non layers, or there’s start that mostly doesn’t have enough niacin etc.. because it’s just for chicks. Waterfowl are more of a minority with backyard poultry owners, most people have chickens, and most people that buy chickens buy hens so many companies mostly focus on producing chick start and layer feed to meet that demand.
Over where I am there’s a few brands that are all right but for areas that don’t carry them in their feed stores most people supplement the needed vitamins or add brewers yeast.
