Feeding just corn.

Thanks for starting this thread. We have some nice size spring chicks now that we have been feeding layer pellets. Which is fine. But I remember as a kid giving the hens cracked corn and how much they liked it. Sounds like it would be OK as occasional treat. I'll look for some that is not GMO.

Good luck on the non-GMO, unless you go organic. Then again, if you're not feeding organic non-gmo layer feed, your birds are already getting gmo grains, so why bother to make the corn different?
