Feeding Layers and Pullets/Cockerels... How?

I have a flock of 7 layers right now. I have 28 chicks coming on either Feb 23 or 24 (all laying breeds). I plan to keep them in the brooder for as long as I can (as long as they have space). When I add them to the coop how do I get grower pellets to them and laying pellets to my older hens? Keeping them separate until the chicks get to laying stage is just not an option. So, how do you all do it?

Grower/finisher to all with oyster shell on the side.
