Feeding my Bantam Chickens

I feed an all-flock feed, in crumbles, to everyone all year. Pelleted feed works as they get more mature, but certainly not for youngsters. Not making food changes is easier, and having birds of both sexes, all ages, and hens both in lay and not, works for everyone. Oyster shell on the side.

They are so beautiful. I am just loving the little bantams they are so friendly and less skitish.

Mine eat storebought commercial feed, including pellets. I feed layer sometimes, chick feed others and feather fixer when needed.

I have never heard of feather fixer, can you tell me what that is?
