So my mallards are now 11 weeks old now and i've recently been feeding them a mix of unmedicated chick starter and cracked corn mixed together but I just ran out of the starter... I've never raised ducks before.. Should I buy this again?

I figured I'd want some opionios before I venture out to the store,
Thanks!

Well, I have 3 Mallards that will be 11 weeks old on Sunday.

I was told not to feed the chick feed. Since they are a wild breed, I was told to buy them "game bird grower feed" from 5 weeks of age on...

I don't really know a lot about ducks, as I am new to the whole thing... But, so far, the game bird grower seems to be good. The birdies LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!

I live in a small town and they dont sell stuff for ducks... only chicken feed

I was told the UN medicated feed would be fine but idk how long for... hmmm

Someone once mentioned uncooked rice? Idk that sounds a little strange?

Gone, the chick starter is fine, as is rolled oats. try and stay away from the corn, it is like candy and full of empty calories. look for an all flock or flock raiser, most feed stores carry it. At their age it would be a fine choice.
