feeding poults

I ran out of game bird starter, my poults are close to 2 weeks old, can I give them chick starter? Feed store is closed, I was out working on my new chicken coop and lost track of time.

Is it non-medicated? If so, that will be fine to hold them over until the feed store opens, just chop up some boiled eggs for some extra protein.

Two week old chicks can eat alot of different things. You can even dice up clover and grass and toss some in for them to nibble. Mine were munching bread scraps and a little shredded cheese too. They're pretty much munchers of everything.

But chick started is cool for short periods.
