Feeding problem plz help

I have my Quail on wire and they keep wasting a lot of feed by pulling it out of the feeder and when it falls down it falls in crap so I can't use it. Any ideas to help with feed loss

Try one of those long plastic feeders with the holes about the size of a quarter. Generally used for chicks.

Keeps them from scratching it out and trying to dust in it
